If your car is not protected, then the love bugs should be removed as soon as possible to prevent damage from occuring. Waxing your car will slow down the damage but will not stop it. Instead of the usual waxes that most people use, we add a polymer sealant which last much longer, and will not melt as quickly as wax products do.
